We understand that life happens and sometimes schedules need to change.
To provide the best service to all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice:
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen.
Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Booking Policy:
To secure your appointment, a credit card may be required at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our policy.
If you’ve booked online, you should be able to cancel or change your appointment right through Vagaro.
If you booked an in-person appointment or are unable to cancel through Vagaro please call 516-364-HAIR or text 516-730-6132 at any time.
Failure to do so within the 48 hour window will result in a retainer of 50% of service cost to schedule your next appointment.
Retainer will go towards your future appointment unless that appointment is canceled then retainer is non-refundable.

To ensure timely service for everyone, we have implemented the following lateness policy:
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your service.
Grace Period:
We offer a 10-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, please note that this may result in a shortened appointment time or a rescheduled appointment, depending on availability.
Beyond Grace Period:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. This may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Communication:
If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to adjust your appointment.

We value your time and the time of all our clients. Adhering to this policy helps us provide the best possible service to everyone.

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly make necessary adjustments at no additional cost within 7 days of your original appointment.
Exclusions:
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover changes to the original style or color requested during the initial service. Any significant changes will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
Product Guarantee:
If you are unsatisfied with any products purchased at our salon, you may return them within 14 days for an exchange or salon credit, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
