Your Role and Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. This includes:
- Providing exceptional, guest-centered services and elevating appointments through thoughtful upgrades and personalized recommendations.
- Supporting salon success by recommending retail products and contributing to our social media presence with engaging content creation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic station, as well as assisting with salon setup and cleanup.
- Taking ownership of your growth by participating in in-salon education, exploring outside learning opportunities, and staying open to continual improvement.
