Once we receive your application, we will respond to set up a phone interview with you
After your phone interview we will schedule you for an in-person interview to meet and chat to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
After the in-person interview, where applicable we may ask for you to come back for the third step in our interview process which includes a tour of the salon, a more detailed job description conversation, & a salon culture review, and finally a shampoo & blowout demo for an additional hands-on test assessment of your skills.
We will have you come back to present you your offer letter & handbook
If we do not currently have room to take you on at the time of your interview, we will keep your resume on file for future openings.
