To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at booking.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
If booking online, you can cancel or change your appointment anytime directly through Vagaro.

Failure to cancel within the 48-hour window will result in a 50% service retainer, which will go toward your next appointment unless that appointment is also cancelled, in which case the retainer is non-refundable.
Appointments with associate artists — unless paired with a connecting color appointment with Rebecca (color with Rebecca and style with associate) — must be reserved, rescheduled, and cancelled online through Vagaro.
We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes need to change. To provide the best service to all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
48-Hour Notice:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled time are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Exceptions:
Emergencies happen — please text us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. You’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, but note that we may still be with our previous guest.
If the suite isn’t free, there is hallway seating available until your stylist is ready for you.
Grace Period:
We allow up to 10 minutes for lateness. This may shorten your service or require rescheduling depending on availability.
Beyond Grace Period:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply per our policy.
Communication:
If you’re running late, please text us immediately so we can adjust if possible.
We stand by the quality of our work and want every guest to leave happy.
If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon or text us within 7 days of your appointment.
We offer complimentary adjustments as long as you reach out within that 7-day window for the original service provided.
Our guarantee does not apply to major style or color changes, or hair extensions not ordered through RK Beauty NY.
Product Guarantee: Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for exchange or credit.
